As a proud member of the Stovax Expert Retailer Network, we ensure that all Stovax stoves and fireplaces purchased from us qualify for the Stovax Extended Warranty. To activate your warranty, your product must be registered with Stovax within one month of installation, with proof of purchase, commissioning, and servicing required for any claims. The warranty period starts from the installation date.
With the Extended Warranty, your standard two-year warranty is extended by an additional eight years, providing 10 years of total coverage. For the first two years, your Stovax product is covered for material and manufacturing defects, including parts and labour, plus a consumables guarantee in the first year for glass, fire bricks, grates, baffles, log guards, ashpans, and rope seals.
