This model comes with manual control and Piezo ignition as standard, with the option to upgrade to a remote control system for added convenience. As an authorised Gazco Expert Retailer, we ensure that every Gazco Gas Stove or Fire purchased through us qualifies for the Extended Warranty. To activate it, register your product with Gazco within one month of installation. Proof of purchase, commissioning, and servicing is required for any claims.
Your Gazco product includes a two-year warranty, covering parts and labour for material and manufacturing defects. In the first year only, a consumables guarantee covers items like glass, rope seals, baffles, thermocouples, electrodes, and ceramic effects. By registering, you can extend coverage by five additional years, for a total of seven years, with parts-only support from years two to seven (excluding consumables).
To maintain the Extended Warranty, installation must comply with Building Regulations and be performed by a GasSafe (UK), RGI (Ireland), or equivalent certified professional. Annual servicing by a qualified technician is required, with records and receipts needed for any claims.
