The Gazco Logic™ HE Chartwell Conventional Flue Gas Fire is a British made, classically styled centrepiece that brings timeless elegance to any home. Its traditional Chartwell fascia, complete with refined fret detailing is available in Matt Black, Highlight Polished, Polished Brass-effect, or Polished Chrome-effect, making it easy to match your interior décor.

Delivering up to 3.9 kW of heat with 89% efficiency, this high performance convector fire provides reliable warmth while keeping energy use low. Choose from a coal or log-effect fuel bed, with the log option available on slide or remote models and enjoy a clear, unobstructed flame picture through the glass-fronted, non-reflective panel.

The convector firebox draws cool air into the base, warms it, and releases it back into the room for efficient, even heat distribution. Suitable for Class 1 and Class 2 flues, this fire fits a variety of UK homes, with Manual, Slide, or Remote control options for effortless operation, all backed by Gazco’s UK craftsmanship and a 7-year extended warranty.

As an authorised Gazco Expert Retailer, we ensure that every Gazco Gas Stove or Fire purchased through us qualifies for the Extended Warranty. To activate it, register your product with Gazco within one month of installation. Proof of purchase, commissioning, and servicing is required for any claims.

Your Gazco product includes a two-year warranty, covering parts and labour for material and manufacturing defects. In the first year only, a consumables guarantee covers items like glass, rope seals, baffles, thermocouples, electrodes, and ceramic effects. By registering, you can extend coverage by five additional years, for a total of seven years, with parts-only support from years two to seven (excluding consumables).

To maintain the Extended Warranty, installation must comply with Building Regulations and be performed by a GasSafe (UK), RGI (Ireland), or equivalent certified professional. Annual servicing by a qualified technician is required, with records and receipts needed for any claims.
