The Firebloom EP03 is a compact tabletop electric pizza oven designed for authentic stone baked results in outdoor kitchens, patios and smaller cooking spaces. Simply position, plug in and enjoy professional grade performance wherever you choose to cook. Finished with aluminium legs featuring a realistic oak print, it combines practicality with contemporary style.
Powered by a 4.0kW dual heating system with independent upper and lower elements, the EP03 reaches temperatures of up to 400°C for fast, even and authentic results. Independent control of both the chamber and pizza stone temperatures gives you complete flexibility to perfect every style of pizza up to 12 inches. A removable stainless steel door with a ceramic viewing window and illuminated chamber lets you monitor your cook with ease.
The removable pizza stone measures 325 x 325 x 10mm and lifts out easily for simple cleaning and maintenance. A versatile, high performance electric pizza oven that delivers outstanding stone baked results in a compact and portable format.
