As an authorised Dovre Expert Retailer, we guarantee that all Dovre Stoves purchased from us qualify for the Extended Warranty. To activate your 10-year warranty, you must register your stove with Dovre within one month of installation and retain proof of purchase, commissioning, and servicing.
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, including parts and labour, for the first two years. During the first year, it also includes consumables such as glass, fire bricks, and rope seals. From the second to the tenth year, the warranty applies to parts only, excluding consumables.
To maintain warranty coverage, the stove must be installed in compliance with Building Regulations by a HETAS-registered or equivalent engineer. Annual servicing is required, with records kept as proof. The chimney must be swept twice a year when using wood or once a year for smokeless fuel.
